Although you might have heard of jijnasa (which means interest), seva is the selfless service at the core of Karma Yoga. You may be unsure what these terms refer to, but they all refers to doing good deeds.

Can I do yoga during pregnancy?

Pregnancy can affect your ability to do certain poses safely. Before you begin a new program for exercise, make sure to consult your doctor.

There are still many poses that you can do during pregnancy. Here are some tips.
