You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity.
